O projektu
Cílem projektu je rozvoj fyzikálně-chemických znalostí a nástrojů nezbytných pro přípravu strukturovaných vrstev plazmových polymerů směřujících k přímým aplikacím v multikomponentních (kompozity), optických (ochranné nanovrstvy, filtry) a elektronických (dielektrika) materiálech.

Development of plasma polymers and their utilization in structured polymer films as well-defined materials is a subject of this project. Progress in plasma technology is tightly bound with high reproducibility of prepared structures. An advance of the physical knowledge and knowledge-generating tools related to preparation of structured plasma polymer films is expected.
