Original Abstract

Long-term exposure of Norway spruce trees to the elevated atmospheric concentration of carbon dioxide was manifested by the increase of the Rubisco activity in vitro. No statistically significant differences of Rubisco activity were observed for the current and one-year-old needles treated in the ambient CO2 concentration.
