Students accepted for the study in the winter semester can extend their stay to the following summer semester. However, they must inform the faculty coordinator and select new courses

by the end of November.

New courses (= LA for the summer semester) is again selected online and approved by the faculty coordinator.

Extending your traineeship period is possible with the approval of your supervisor.

Students can make changes (add/remove courses) to their Learning Agreement within first two weeks of the semester.

It is possible to add theoretical courses only. Laboratory classes cannot be added at this point. Both theoretical courses and laboratory classes may be removed from your LA.

The Changes to Original Learning Agreement needs to be confirmed by both home and receiving institution.
