Original Abstract

Utilization of dried stevia leaves to sea sweetening is investigated in the paper. The optimal addition of dry stevia leaves was determind by using sensory analysis. Tea extracts containing the statistically optimal amounts of stevia leaves have been analysed by HPLC for the concentration of stevioside extracted from the stevia leaves.
