Laboratoryof biocolloids
The Laboratory of biocolloids deals with basic and applied physical-chemical research, emphasizing colloids, mainly the dispersions and hydrogels, of natural and synthetic character.
The lab provides the partners with physical-chemical support of their research and materials development.
The lab disposes of high-tech equipment for fluorescence spectroscopy, thermal analysis and calorimetry, for the characterization of liquid and soft rigid colloids including their flow characteristics or for the diffusion studies.
The applications are in the fields of medicine, pharmaceutics, cosmetics, household and expendable chemicals, nanotechnology, soil and environment treatment or in agriculture.
