Preparation of technological, research and scientific projects. Team management. The meaning and aspect of project operation knowledge of administration of organization reports, method, techniques, tools for managing and project co-ordinations are pre-requisitions for successful project management. Method of preparation and formulation of the research & development or technological project. Basic principles for working-out of grant application. Working in team - cooperation, checking, team management.

Learning outcomes of the course unit

The team-work; the speech in front of follow students including replying for questions.

Prerequisites

The students make the account of knowledge of the following subjects:
1. Economy and Company Management,
2. Psychology and Sociology of Work,
3. Philosophy and Ethics Principles.

Aims

Knowledge of the "project" meaning including process of its realization so that planning, management, evaluation, and conclusion.

Specification of controlled education, way of implementation and compensation for absences

Participation in one four-hour lecture at the beginning of the term is voluntary; participation in one four-hour lesson in the term is compulsory. Each student gives presentation of the selected theme.
