The background of defence and miltary emergemncy planning. The methods for creation the crisis documentation and the structure of crisis plans. The plan scheme of the process for creation of crisis preparedness for events with different threats. The methods and command of tactical and testing excercises for indepentend elements of IRS. The structure of crisis staffs and the way of their cooperation. Typ plans to solve emergency events and crisis situations. Typ actions to solve the emergency events and crisis situation in the framework of IRS. Project for protection against floods. Project of emergency preparedness in the surounding ares of the nuclear power plants. Project of emergency preparedness in the surounding area of operators with hazardous chemical substances. Project of preparation of joint excercise of basic elements from IRS. Project of integration of complex protection of citizens. Project - independent project for protection of citizens.

Teaching methods depend on the type of course unit as specified in the article 7 of BUT Rules for Studies and Examinations.

Graded course-unit credit consists of written work.
The level of knowledge of the bases of theory and practice from crisis planning and command and creative approach to solve problems are evaluated.

To acquaint students with the parctical procedures of crisis planning and command

Specification of controlled education, way of implementation and compensation for absences

Credit test at the course end.
