Fundamental terms of management. Personal management. Assertivity. Creative thinking and situation lesson. Professional ethics of manager. Function of management at leading of the organization. Managerial systems. Fundamentals of managerial decision making, analyses problems, methods and forms. Mutual relations and connection of managerial activities. Fundamental theoretic and expert knowledgie of crisis management. Problem of risks and their effect over rise extraordinary and crisis situations. Fundamentals activities officials at the head of authorities handle of solving crisis situation.

Learning outcomes of the course unit

Knowledge of methods and procedures of problems and risk analysis at emergencies. To master fundamentals of creative thinking and manager professional ethics. Rules applicable to organization control and crisis situation management.

Assesment methods and criteria linked to learning outcomes

To tackle problems of a working team control and management as a part of self-study activity program. To draw attention to control and management and public administration organization structure.

Aims

To manage methods and forms of problem analysis at emergencies. To study fundamentals of creative thinking and manager professional ethics.

Specification of controlled education, way of implementation and compensation for absences

Tutorials and 8 lessons will be arranged as a part of one-week study session. Further tutorials - 1 lesson a week - will be arranged within a semester study course.
