Aims

The students learn how to plan and conduct fundamental chemical and physical water analysis. They become qualified to evaluate and document the results of the analysis in an ecological, ecotoxicological and legal context.
Students will learn:
current legislation on water analysis,
types of water,
water sampling and pretreatment for analysis,
analysis of organic and inorganic compounds in water,
fundamental and advanced approaches to water analysis.
