Aims

The aim of practical classes of analytical chemistry II is to learn students the base and using of selected analytical instrumental methods, such as potentiometry, automatic titration, spectrophotometry, fluorimetry, emission flame spectrometry, TLC, chromatography, voltammetry and electrogravimetry.
After students finished this course, their competence inceased as follows:

1. They were practical introduced with selected analytical methods.
2. Students be able to practical aplly selected technique of determinations.
3. They practise precise work in analytical laboratory, preparation of standard solutions, good laboratory practise with samples.
4. Students will be able to use of necessary calculations and they will be used evaluation of analytical data from using analysis.
