Modern Methods of Food Waste Valorization

Students will become familiar with the various processing technologies, use, recycling, disposal and minimization of waste in agriculture, food, forestry and other associated industries. Emphasis will be placed on the processes of biological waste treatment options hydrotermínlá treatment, hydrolysis, and detoxification of waste materials. In this course, students will be informed about the legal norms dealing with waste disposal and methods of analysis of waste agri-food complex.

The aim of this course is to acquaint students with various processing technologies, use, recycling, disposal and minimization of waste in agriculture, food, forestry and other associated industries.
