Aims

The aim of the Analytical Chemistry Practice II is to teach students the basics and use of selected instrumental analytical methods, such as molecular spectrophotometry and fluorimetry, atomic absorption and emission spectrometry, separation techniques liquid, gas and thin-layer chromatography, gel electrophoresis and XRF, SEM and NMR methods.

Completing the course will increase the students' competences as follows:

1. They will be practically acquainted with selected analytical methods.

2. They will be able to practically apply individual determination procedures.

3. They will practice precise work in the analytical laboratory, preparation of standard solutions and correct principles of working with samples.

4. Students will be able to handle all necessary calculations and will be able to evaluate analytical results obtained by individual analyses.
