Syllabus

Osnova:

1. Látkové složení živé hmoty. Struktura buňky. Organizace biologických systémů.
2. Aminokyseliny. Peptidická vazba. Bílkoviny – struktura a stabilita, denaturace.
3. Metody izolace, purifikace a charakterizace biopolymerů.
4. Metody ke zjišťování struktury biomolekul a jejich změn.
5. Sacharidy – monosacharidy, oligosacharidy, polysacharidy, složené sacharidy.
6. Lipidy – struktura a klasifikace. Jednoduché a složené lipidy. Izoprenoidy.
7. Biomembrány – struktura a funkce. Membránový transport.
8. Enzymy a biokatalýza. Substrátová specifita. Koenzymy. Regulace enzymové aktivity. Stručné názvosloví enzymů.
9. Enzymová kinetika. Rovnice Michaelise a Mentenové. Inhibice. Analýza kinetických dat. Reakce se dvěma substráty.
10. Bioenergetika, makroergické sloučeniny, metabolismus základních typů živin – centrální dráhy.
11. Metaboplismus sacharidů, lipidů, aminokyselin.
12. Biologické oxidace – dýchací řetězec, fotosyntéza. Energetické spřažení.
13. Nukleové kyseliny – typy, struktura DNA a RNA. Funkce v organismu, genetický kód. Replikace, transkripce, translace.
