1) Introduction to bioanalytical methods and their application
2) Overview of bioanalytical techniques, basic principles of biopolymer analysis
3) Enzymology - Enzyme distribution, enzyme kinetics, enzymes as analytical reagents
4) Enzymology - immobilization of enzymes, use in practice
5) Immunochemical Methods - Principles and Overview of Antibody Techniques
6) Immunochemical methods - fluorescence, bioluminescence, radioactive and enzyme immunoassay
7) Nanotechnology, biosensors, construction and applications
8) Chromatographic techniques - gel permeation, affinity and ion exchange chromatography, gas (GC) and liquid chromatography (HPLC, UHPLC), supercritical fluid chromatography (SFC) and their use in biomolecular analysis
9) Spectrophotometric and microscopic methods - optical, fluorescence, infrared, raman and high-frequency spectroscopy, nuclear magnetic resonance, atomic absorption and emission spectrometry
10) Electrophoretic methods - electrophoresis, isoelectric focusing, isotachophoresis, affinity, two-dimensional, zonal and capillary electrophoresis.
11) Molecular techniques, polymerase chain reaction (PCR), RT-PCR detection of specific product sequences in situ, DNA and RNA chips, examples of practical use
