2. Basic parameters for assessment and interpretation of NMR spectra (signal multiplicity, coupling constant, integral, chemical shift, etc.)
3. 1D NMR 1H spectroscopy, 1D NMR 13C spectroscopy, 2D NMR spectroscopy methods,
4. NMR spectra of selected groups of organic compounds

- to acquaint students with theoretical fundamentals and physical principles of Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR)
- provide an overview of the current NMR instrumentation
- to introduce of students to the interpretation of NMR spectra
- demonstrating of application possibilities of NMR spectroscopy
