Environmental Safety II

Characteristics of severe chemical, radiation and biological accidents. Characteristics of serious natural disasters. Prevention of accidents. Definitions and basic characteristics and concepts of individual chemical, biological and radiation technologies. Particular attention will be paid to the basic concepts of radiation technologies and current trends.

a) Graduates of the subject will understand mutual relationships in the prevention of serious chemical accidents.
b) Graduates of the subject will understand mutual relationships in the prevention of serious radiation accidents.

d) Graduates of the subject will understand the mutual relations in the prevention of major traffic accidents.

Specification of controlled education, way of implementation and compensation for absences
Controls of teaching in combination study perform at laest three compulsory consultations during the term.
Controls of teaching in attendance study realize through discussion forum at lectures, after ending the block of lectures.
