Planned learning activities and teaching methods

Teaching methods depend on the type of course unit as specified in the article 7 of BUT Rules for Studies and Examinations.

Assesment methods and criteria linked to learning outcomes

Graded credit based on ECTC schema, min. 50 points of 100, min. 10 points from final test. Point are awarded for solving 4 practical problem exercise in project management topic during semester (20 point per exercise, min. 10) and for final test (20 point, min. 10 points).

2. Initiation phase - SWOT, opportunity study, feasibility study
3. Risk management
4. Planing phase - LG method, WBS, CPM
5. Realization phase – monitoring, reporting, EVA/EVM, SSD, MTA
6. Closing phase
7. Kompetence v oblasti lidských zdrojů
