Laboratory classes of of Environmental Sampling

Block 1:
Under the subject it will be carry out in several blocks practical sampling of all matrices in the environment. Students will familiarize with the whole sampling procedure; from the book of samples and samplers preparation, via sampling in the ground to the final treatment of samples prior to analysis. Apart from classic sampling of water and soil some types of passive samplers will used.

Course curriculum
2. The way of preparing the sampling plan for individual matrices, the processing requirements of the correct sampling protocol.
3. to 6. Samplings of water and air.
7. to 10. Sampling of solid matrices (soil, sediment, sewage sludges from water treatment plants, plants matrices).
11. to 12. Sampling of an animal biota.
13. Protocols checking, test.
