Course detail
Photographic Processes
FCH-BCO_FOPAcad. year: 2012/2013
First part of subject is focused on an overview of display systems and technologies, photographic optics and basic equipment of camera. Chemical principles of all photographic technologies form the second part of subject: black and white photography, theory of latent image formation, chemical processing of black and white photographic materials, technical data of materials, negative, positive and reversal processing, diffusive transfer imaging materials, colour photography, specific technologies of film processing. The methods of objective evaluation of images are emphasized. Third part is denoted to digital photography and to introduction into pre-press technologies.
