Analytical Chemistry of Special Practical Domain

Trends in modern analytical chemistry for environmental objects. Global problems and their influence tovards the environment. Effect of the CO2 in the atmosphere; problems with the energy production; rain waters problem; problem of ozone; problem of radon;specifics with the production of nuclear energy(Influence of Uranium;fuel species in the environment; effect of the chemical industry on the environment.
Analytical chemistry and the environment-teaching problems. Connection of analyses towards the environmental samples and objects. Characteristics of air analyses; vaious problems with water analyses. Determination of various analytes and characteristics for water(oxygen), determination of ions, metal traces and speciations. Specifics for soil analysis; notes to various biologic and clinical objects.
Survay of intrumental and separation methods for the environment. Use of hyphenated methods and procedures.Som characteristics for the use of MS, various kinds of MS and ion formation. Specifics of GC-MS and HPLC. Important interfaces against MS. The electrospray is most effective.
Problems within MALDI-TOF and the ionisation of big molecules.
