Cílem práce bylo identifikovat a kvantifikovat aromatické látky v několika vybraných odrůdách angreštu. Pro jejich stanovení byla použita metoda Solid phase microextraction ve spojení s plynovou chromatografií s hmotnostní detekcí.

English abstract

The aim of this work was to determine aroma active substances in selected varieties of gooseberry fruits using SPME-GC method.
