Original Abstract

In today's human medicine, various groups of drugs are used for treatment and prevention, with antibiotics being among the most widely used. Due to the continuous growth in the use of pharmaceuticals, especially antibiotics and persistence in the environment cause the increase of bacteria that are resistant to drugs. For this reason, antibiotics are among the most studied groups of drugs in terms of emerging resistance [1]. QuECheRS - Quick, Easy, Cheap, Effective, Rugged and Safe multiresidue extraction method that is environmentally friendly was used. QuEChERS can be easily modified to facilitate the process of pesticide and drug analysis, while its advantages also include overall cost-effectiveness, short extraction time, and high recovery [2]. HPLC-MS/MS is analytical method that combines liquid chromatography and mass spectrometry to detect low concentrations of contaminants in environmental samples. It offers high sensitivity and specificity, making it essential for monitoring pollutants and ensuring safety [3].
