Original Abstract

In this contribution we disscus effects which influencing the transconductance of organic electrochemical transistor. We focus mainly on the methods of estimation of volumetric capacitance. This contribution explains the process of developing such methods and shows preliminary results of combination fluorescence and electrical measurements.
