Original Abstract
Serum concentrations all of the antioxidants tested after 60 days of specific diet was about 2.5x higher in the group of subjects treated by high doses of natural antioxidants when compared with control group. Concentration of beta-carotene and alpha-tocopherol was only 1.5x hogher in the group treated with synthetic supplement. Antioxidative cappacity of natural sources correlated with their antimutagenic activity.
