Cílem práce bylo studium plísňové kontaminace vybraných typů potravin, izolace mykotoxinů a vyhodnocení jejich genotoxických účinků dvěma nezávislými metodami - pomocí Amesova testu a metodou CALPL.
English abstract
The aim of this work was a study of mould contamination found in food supplies inclusive of subsequent biological effects. Mycotoxins isolated from the foods were idetificated and quantificated using RP-HPLC. Biological effects of some mycotoxins were analysed using two ingdependent tests of genotoxicity: the Ames test and cytogenetic analysis of peripheral lymphocytes (CAPL).
