Original Abstract

This contribution reports on kinetic and equilibrium sorption characteristics of several low-cost lignitic sorbents. The efficiency of removal of textile dye Maxilon red M-4GL from its aqueous solutions by powdered lignite and lignite pellets was examined and compared.
