Original Abstract

Chemical characterization of extracts from two dental materials (Dentapreg and EverX) was carried out. Materials were extracted into three extraction liquids (water, buffer – PBS, 50% ethanol) at two different temperatures (37 °C and 50 °C). The LC-MS and ICP-MS analyses proved that dental material from ADM, a.s. is equally biocompatible to the reference material from GC Corporation in extractability of substances and therefore their biocompatibility should be similar as well.
