Original Abstract
This contribution is focused on the optimization of passive microreology using fluorescence correlation microscopy (FCS). This technique is a very accurate analytical tool for the study of soft-matter systems, but there are only few of published articles on FCS usability for microreology. For this reason, some workflow had to be optimized.
