Original Abstract
Organic semiconductors represent low cost alternative to traditional inorganic materials and are successfully applicable to large area electronics. Especially polymeric semiconductors offer infinite chemical tunability, structural flexibility and solution processability. The introduction of electron-accepting groups (fluorinated aromatic units) along the conjugated backbone is the successful strategy for fine-tuning of the physical and chemical properties of the conjugated para-bis(2-thienyl)phenylene -perfluorobenzene D-A copolymers.
Keywords
Organic semiconductors, charge transport, fluorinated aromatic units, supramolecular organization
