Original Abstract
Curable bio-polyesters were synthesized using itaconic acid and lactic acid in combination with various dibasic hydroxyl molecules. Isosorbide and bis(2-hydroxyethyl)terephthalate were used together with propylene glycol to enhance properties of cured resin. Influence of different ratio of propylene glycol to modifying glycol on the properties was observed by DMA, TGA and rheologic analysis.
