Original Abstract
Real-time polymerase chain reaction (PCR) has become the preferred method for studying expression. The study of gene expression profiles of whole genome is commonly performed by relying on such technique like cDNA microarray. Real-time PCR technique is commonly used to study expression of tens of genes. Real-time PCR is considered to be the most accurate, because of its high sensitivity and specificity. However to validate obtained data reference gene is needed. We have studied gene expression of bacterial strains of Streptococcus equi subsp. zooepidemicus (SEZ).
