Original Abstract
This work is focused on studying of hydrogel using fluorescence correlation spectroscopy (FCS), especially dual-focus FCS. The gel system was based on the biopolymer-surfactant mixture in aqueous environment and due to its complexity was chosen as possible model of intracellular environment.
