Original Abstract
Hyaluronan and Septonex aggregation was studied by means of fluorescence correlation spectroscopy with fluorescence probes Atto 655, Nile red and Rhodamine 6g. FCS determined changes in diffusion coefficient of Nile red only when hyaluronan was added to probe-surfactant system.
