Original Abstract
Organic electrochemical transistors with planar structure based on PEDOT:PSS were prepared by means of inkjet printing. Printed layers were evaluated using profilometry. OECTs were investigated by testing output characteristics. Effect of annealing temperature on channel resistance was investigated.
