V rámci DSP Potravinářská chemie budou řešeny práce studentů zaměřené vybrané aktuální problémy a komplexní přístupy k výzkumu u moderních potravinářských věd od zpracování potravin, surovin, odpadů i obalů přes rozvoj pokročilých instrumentálních a molekulárních technik k analýze autenticity potravin a obsahu, účinku a stability aktivních látek. Při komplexním zpracování, využití a valorizaci odpadních surovin ze zemědělství a potravinářství bude aplikován koncept cirkulární ekonomiky.
