The project Revitalization of Agricultural Soil in Drought-Stricken Areas of the Czech Republic was awarded the 2022 TAČR Czech Idea in the "Society" category. The project was carried out in cooperation between the FCH BUT, the Faculty of Horticulture at MENDELU, OSEVA Development and Research Ltd., and Agricultural Research Ltd.

International recognition – ranked among the "TOP 10 Products" showcased at the prestigious China High Tech Fair in Shenzhen.

International award by the European Commission – the “Seal of Excellence” for project No. 762484, “HYDAL-BIOTECH Biotechnology for the production of PHA biopolymer from waste cooking oil,” submitted under the H2020 program.

Prestigious international award – the “Frost and Sullivan Technology Innovation Award” for the HYDAL (PHA) technology, also known as the “Technology Oscar.”

We are the only Czech university laboratory focused on metals and corrosion to be awarded the EN ISO 9001:2008 quality management certificate.

On September 21, 2017, the Technology Agency of the Czech Republic awarded the TAČR Award in the “Original Solution” category to the Faculty of Chemistry at BUT in Brno.
