Beer brewing
If you catch a scent today near the school that reminds you of the brewery on Mendel Square, it can only mean one thing – beer brewing is underway! As part of the final theses, students are testing the recipes they’ve carefully developed in the laboratory over many hours. The result of their hard work will be a beer that, after fermentation and maturation, you’ll have the chance to taste during a sensory analysis. Let’s keep our fingers crossed that it tastes great.
