The Scientists’ Night is an event held across the Czech Republic and bringing together a variety of people, institutions and the inspiring world of science. Every year, visitors come to the faculty in order to understand and explore the fascinating world around them. Organizers aim to make this happen in an entertaining way. For one night in a year, the involved institutions and universities open their doors to the public and present the importance of their work and science in general. The Czech Republic has been participating in the event since 2005. The previous Scientists’ Night took place in October 2018. It welcomed 60,000 visitors in more than 30 cities across the Czech Republic.
