Within the present study the investigation of the hydrolytic enzymes production ability of yeast like strain Areobasidium pullulans (CCY 27-1-115) on agricultural wastes is reported. The wheat straw and sugar beet pulp were used as carbon source for microbial enzyme production. The enzymes were produced in solid state fermentation systems. The effects of fermentation conditions on enzyme production were studied.
