Kinetics of propene polymerization initiated by (N,N'-bis(2-t-butylphenyl)-1,8-naphtalendiyl-1,4-diazabuta-1,3-dien)nickel dibromide activated by methylalumoxane, diethylaluminiumchloride and ethylaluminiumdichloride was investigated. The effect of reaction temperature was examined and apparent activation energies were calculated for all catalytic systems. Molar masses and molar mass distributions of obtained polypropylenes were determined by size exclusion chromatography. Extent of isomerization was evaluated according to NMR spectroscopy and correlated with DSC measurements.
