Lectures are focused on explanation of basic operations (cell disruption, protein precipitation, exctraction, large-scale chromatography) used in isolation and purification of biologically active compounds (proteins, nucleic acids) from microorganisms.

Specification of controlled education, way of implementation and compensation for absences
After individual subject units, students should pass through written excercises with max. of 30 points. Minimum for success: 15 points. (both forms of study).
